"This is my go-to tea after Earl Grey. I originally purchased it as one of several alternates to my standard Earl Grey. However, the excellent vanilla flavor is not syrupy or sweet. It is effusive and somehow gentle on my tongue. I love it. I've never had it turn bitter on me, either."

A New Way to Start the Morning

"I have suffered from insomnia and anxiety for years, but didn't connect my four cups a day of coffee that started at the Vine & Walnut Peets 33 years ago. Don't get me wrong, I love coffee, but for my health, I had to find a different way to wake up. This tea has been the only replacement for me that gives me close to the desire/satisfaction feeling I got from coffee. I still have one cup on Sat, now at 20th & J St. I think there is also a medicinal effect from vanilla, I feel better and happier and more Zen throughout the day. I highly recommend trying out the bags, but if you fall in love with it like I did, get the 1# bulk loose and an infuser/tea pot and save yourself big $$ over the years."

"If you like a robust morning tea, this is for you. Vanilla Bean has a dark richness, but with the sweet aroma and flavor of the Madagascar vanilla. You don't need to add a lot of sugar to this one; it's sweet enough on its own. It's good both black and with cream, depending on how you're feeling on any given day. A great morning pick-me-up, but it would make a nice dessert tea too."

"Wasn't sure what I'd think of a vanilla tea, but trusted the reviews and was not sorry. This is really yummy stuff. Took me a cup or two to really start appreciating it, but now I love it, especially at nighttime. The vanilla flavor is not overpowering. I've started putting in a little half & half and honey in it, and it's fairly desserty that way. Mmmmm."
