Organic Sencha

Organic Sencha is a classic Japanese green tea drank and enjoyed daily. Deep-green, natural leaves produce Organic Sencha's delicate aroma and its smooth, sweet tasting vegetal flavor. The beautiful, unrolled green leaf resembles pine needles and is good for multiple infusions.     • 4 oz. or 1 lb loose tea in bag     • 1 rounded tbsp. per 12 oz. cup     • 4 oz bag makes 25-30 cups; 1 lb bag makes 100-120 cups

"Extremely disappointing. Who knew all Sencha Green Tea was not the same? This tea is extremely weak, not even green in color and has very little flavor. I'm not sure how I will get through all that I bought!"

Lovely fresh and delicate flavor

"This is a beautiful green tea with a lovely fresh and delicate flavor. If left in a glass jar it does not oxidize as quickly as for example the green jasmine tea, which also seems somewhat more fermented. As the description says, the yield on this tea is very good, I can easily get 2 infusions in a 750ml jar from a not-quite-full scoop, which helps offset the cost. The only downside was that there were a few more sticks in it than I expected, but they can be easily removed in a strainer.
Overall my #1 green tea from the ML lineup."

disappointed

"This was very disappointing tea. It lacked flavor. The texture & the taste seemed much more like a dragonwell green tea. Mighty Leaf provided a full refund & I'm delighted with their customer service."
