"I really liked this tea in tea pouches, so I ordered a bag of it loose. I was really surprised and disappointed when I opened it and the tea inside was the same, small, presumably cut-up leaves that are in the tea pouches. I expected a bag of large, uncut/crumbled tea leaves, especially for the price. It brews well and tastes good, but I might as well just use the tea pouches."

"I first had a cup of this English Breakfast Mighty Leaf tea (a tea bag) in a small breakfast spot in Carmel, Indiana. Since I only drink loose back tea, I was very pleasantly surprise at how good the travel cup of tea was. I was determined to seek out your loose leaf version of the English Breakfast. It is a lovely hearty cup of morning tea, excellent with honey added."

"I wish I had read the reviews. I'm a big fan of the organic breakfast tea pouches. The loose tea was not whole leaves, but seemed to be almost tea dust. If you want a good black breakfast tea in the loose tea, go with the Irish Breakfast. It was far superior."

Such tiny leaves

"Leaves are broken and tiny and it very difficult to make a consistent pot of tea. I keep getting either tea that is too weak or unpleasantly strong. I have enjoyed this tea bagged and the flavor has been excellent. Lose leaf on the other hand is rather one dimensional and from my limited experience I believe it is because the leaves are too broken."
