Black tea from the renowned Satrupa estate in Assam, India, our Organic Assam black tea  is delicate and slightly sweet, with a hint of Swiss chocolate. A very balanced brew, these exquisite clonal black tea leaves grow in a shady valley surrounded by the Himalayas. This pure tea is a treat.

Pros: Smooth Body, High Quality, Whole Leaf Tea
"I'm really enjoying this tea. Great in the morning, afternoon, or anytime. I would have to agree with a previous reviewer that this Assam is in a stiff competition with Earl Grey as my go to tea. This would be a great choice for those just beginning to explore teas. An extra bonus is it's organic."

"What a beautiful tea. I fell in love with assam teas when I was in India. Now I just need the warmed water buffalo milk."

"This is my new go-to black tea. Very smooth and flavorful, with a slight sweetness to it. If there is anything that might replace Earl Grey as my beverage of choice, this tea would be it."
