"I love this tea. My son got me started on chai tea. I almost always drink this with cream and a little agave sweetener. I generally use two bags at once in a large two cup insulated mug and drink it all morning. It is soothing, yet a good pick-me-up. I will continue to order this product. It is my favorite."

"While the cup kept the tea hot longer than a regular cup I found the lid too hot to handle and the metal rim of the cup too hot to drink from. By the time the tea had cooled down enough to handle the lid and drink from the cup without getting burned the tea wouldn't stay hot much longer.
I think a similar sized and shaped cup with a lid in ceramic double walled to keep in the heat would work much better and not burn so easily."

"Great tea cup for a change. Lid gets hot with steeping and the only way to avoid getting burned is to flip it open with a cloth, pot holder, etc. But keeps tea very warm. For those who enjoy teas but are not into bulky mugs or anti-whimsical, this mug is for you."

"This is a great mug for very hot beverages. I bought one for a friend, and then followed up with one for my husband. You can brew your tea, put the lid on and 15 minutes later, your tea may still be too hot to drink. My husband likes this mug for work since he has to carry his tea back from the canteen, so it stays very hot which is just the way he likes it."

"I bought this mainly for my daughter. The handle is shaped well (unlike some I've seen/bought), and she seems to like it. Since the lid sits atop the mug, rather than tightly recessed into it, tea will spill if you are driving with it in your car. But otherwise, it's a great little idea."
