"For the most part this tumbler is great. Really, the only criticism I have is that sometimes the tea bag hangs in a way that it partially blocks the hole you drink out of. And I wish that it held more so I could carry more tea with me when I leave the house."

"The travel mug is really useful for tea on the go to prevent oversteeping. The string hanging out while you are drinking your tea could be a bit annoying (since the whole point is to not have to remove the top while driving for example), but I'm not sure how the design could be improved. Very useful at certain times and does keep tea nice and hot for quite a while."

"I like this mug but to me, it has problems that I had not anticipated. 1) The lid is tight and after the bag is pulled up, there is little air intake, meaning the tea flows out slowly (not a problem for some), 2) because of the snug lid and blockage by the tea bag, I cannot smell much of the aroma, if at all. So for the nice aromatic teas that ML sells, like green tea passion, my favorite, a lot of the enjoyment is lost. This was the most surprising aspect I had not anticipated. 3) As others have commented, not all tea bags work. This is because the pull of ML bags is at the corner and teabags with strings attached to the middle are in danger of being ripped apart. All in all, it's well made but didn't work as well as I had hoped. Although I still use it and recommend it, I am rather neutral on mug."

The size is perfect, the shape feels good in your hand, the lid is designed perfectly for drinking and so that the tea-bag does not touch your nose. Genius! "Really liked the idea of being able to pull the tea bad up out of the water when it wouldn't otherwise be convenient--racing out of the house in the morning and into the car, sitting in a meeting, etc.
And, indeed, this cup's lid design does, indeed, let you pull the tea bag through the slit in the lid a bit and out of the water to end the steeping--and that far it's cool and convenient.
Unfortunately, what the little "how to" video doesn't show is the actual drinking of the tea from the cup. The bit of the wet tea bag sticking out of the water hits you square on the tip of your nose when you try to take a drink!! Thus, it ends up, in practice, being used just like any other insulated mug.
I encourage the designers to continue with the concept--perhaps have the bag pull through the side of the lid? Until then I really can't recommend the cub above other similar ones."

"The first time I tried this tea I purchased a cup at a highway rest stop ..... It was worth the time it took for the stop and the money! It reminded me of a cremesickle from the Good Humor man when I was a child.
I kept the tea bag tag and when I got home I researched it and bought 3 packages on line.... I love it so much. When I find something I love, I find myself wanting to tell all my friends. Your tea is definitely in that category.... I have shared So many of the individually wrapped tea bags with my friends.... They also love it and will order some as well... The thing is, I Have To Remember To Keep Enough For MYSELF.....
I am looking forward to warmer weather... I know it will be divine and refreshing when cold.... Thanks for the memories and great taste...."

"With the tea bag tucked up in the well it seems to stop the air flow and you don't get a fast sip of tea as you're drinking. It also bumps my friends nose as she drinks from it.....? I end up removing the tea bag once I'm at my location."
