"When I bought this tea I loved the aroma but thought the flavor was a bit too strong and harsh. However, after experimenting with the prepartion I found the way to make the tea really shine through. Use a level teaspoon of tea (not rounded) and brew it no longer then 3 minutes (directions say 3 - 5). Prepared this way all of the flavors come through without beating you over the head - rich and complex and even a slight creaminess. Since I started doing this I've come to really enjoy this tea. All that being said, if you love strong coffee and need to wake up, steep away!"

"This is a bold flavored tea. I like the spice and citrus level but for a chai, I was expecting a tad more sweetness. I mix this 50/50 with the Cocoa Chai which to me adds what I feel it's missing."

"From my experience, chai teas are always a risk. Often they are either too sweet/spicy (like a poor quality Christmas tea) or too weak to satisfy my occasional hankering for a spiced tea. Mighty Leaf's blend is neither of these and is one of the best mixes I've tried. Ever. I will definitely get it again. It has the perfect balance between the black tea and chai spice--not over-spiced but the chai is still very present. Great aroma too. This is now my go-to evening tea when I want something cozy yet stimulating. Thanks Mighty Leaf!"
