Customer Reviews for Orange Spice - 4 oz.

Orange Spice - 4 oz.

Orange Spice is a classic blend of fine black tea leaves, orange and spices. With a bouquet of sweet cinnamon, this tea tastes of citrus with a slightly spicy, warm finish. A pot of this tea is the perfect antidote to a chill winter day.     • 4 oz. loose tea in bag     • 1 rounded tsp. per 12 oz. cup     • Makes 35-40 cups

Clean and crisp

Date:December 15, 2011
Pros: Great Aroma, Smooth Body, High Quality
"What I love about this tea is that the actual flavor of black tea and orange are prominent and the spice is in the background. This makes for a crisp tea that is good hot or iced. There are plenty of orange teas out there heavy on the cinnamon or made with a poor quality black tea, and I am so pleased that this one is not like that."

Makes a great summer iced tea

Date:June 26, 2011
Pros: Great Aroma
"This makes an excellent spiced iced tea. However, be careful not to overbrew, as the orange flavor gets a little bitter."

I'd pick another

Date:March 4, 2011
Pros: Whole Leaf Tea
Cons: Flat
"Barely has enough spice undertone or fragrance to be considered spicey. The orange is hardly decernable. Sugar/sweetener didn't bring up the flavors either. I was dearly hoping it would best Constant Comment ... alas .. for this particular flavor I'll stick with Bigelow. First time I've been disappointed with a ML Tea. :-("

Constant Comment Fans Take Notice

Date:December 28, 2010
Pros: Great Aroma, Smooth Body, High Quality, Whole Leaf Tea, Unique Flavor Profile
"Before I found MT, I loved Bigelow's Constant Comment. This is a very similar tea, but because of the large leaves, is even more flavorful. I highly recommend this if you enjoy an aromatic, spicy, and citrus-flavored black. One of my new favorites! :)"

Could have been better

Date:December 19, 2010
Pros: Whole Leaf Tea
Cons: Weak
"Usually enjoying MLT products, this intrigued me. However this tea does not match the description. Where is the "sweet cinnamon", or the "slightly spicy, warm finish"? Not here."
