Irish breakfast is rich and strong black tea from Assam in northern India. A popular breakfast tea, it yields a complex cup with malty, floral and sweet flavors. "This is a great tea for the morning or anytime throughout the day. It is very smooth with no bitterness and a robust flavor. I also often mix it evenly with the Mighty Leaf Organic Assam Rani Estate and it make a wonderful blend.
It's a great tea and one of my favorites."

"This is the first tea I tried from my first Mighty Leaf order, and I was very pleased. Irish Breakfast is probably my favorite black tea, so I'm always trying out different brands. This is one of the best--it has that wonderful malty Irish Breakfast flavor and really woke me up in the morning. I always have my Irish Breakfast with about a teaspoon of cane sugar and some 1% milk, so I'm not sure about the taste plain. If you're an Irish Breakfast fan, or are looking for a good, strong morning blend, I highly recommend this tea."
