"Once I got the time right for brewing, I love this tea. It's right up there with the Earl grey and Himalayan Peak Darjeeling. It can be bitter if you over brew, so don't. :-)"

"If you like English Breakfast tea, then you will love Ceylon Sapphire loose leaf tea. I first had this at the Salish Lodge at Snoqualmie Falls. I have been hooked ever since. Combine this luxurious tea with a local raw fireweed honey and some cream and you've got the best hot beverage bar none."

"This is probably my all time favorite tea. It is fantastic! The Ritz Carleton used to serve a tea like this and my friend and I have been searchig for it for a couple of years! When the tea is steeped correctly it has a honey after taste and very smooth.
I am so glad Mighty Tea Leaf has this tea. Also a better price than the Ritz! :-)"

"This tea is lovely to behold and has good flavor. If I were more stylish, I would have a tea party and place some dry tea in clear glass bowls as decor. The only thing was that once I got a bitter taste using 212 water for 4 minutes. Since then I have reduced water temp and the time to 3 minutes and it always tastes smooth. Maybe it was a fluke? Really great to wake up to, especially on a sunny day that accents the blue and gold petals."
