Pros: Easy To Use, Functional, decent price
"This is a nice pitcher that is working well for our iced tea. I was also pleased at how well it was packed for shipping & arrived in one piece, not something you see all the time! No complaints, good pitcher works for us. I have not used the ice holder insert because the pitcher stays in the frig, but it is a nice thing to have if needed."

"Great for the gallon-size tea bags. The pitcher is heavy and feels sturdy.The sticker on the label says Samoa Caraffa 3,0 C-BCO by Bormioli (Italy).
The pitcher is quite large - approximately 7.5" wide and 11 " high. I had to adjust the height of a refrigerator shelf to make room for it. This isn't a negative for me - it needs to be large to hold 1 gallon, but you might want to confirm it will fit in your refrigerator before ordering."

"After receiving this pitcher, I was very disappointed that I had purchased it and unfortunately, the cost and effort of sending it back prevented me from asking for my money back. The pieces did not fit together very well and the quality of the pitcher itself was less than stellar. I wish I had just gone to a Target, etc. and purchased something locally."

"I enjoy having ice tea but could not find a pitcher that was big enough to make up your pouches. I did not like using a plastic pitcher with all the toxins. This was perfect. It is a bit heavy so I have be careful and keep the kids away from it."
