Poor packaging

Cons: horrible packaging
"I ordered this 3-pack to be used as individual boxes with TeaTop Brew mug gift sets. I was horrified when they arrived as all three boxes were completely smashed and at least partially open. Not surprising either as they had just been tossed into the box. Too close to Christmas to send them back and get replacements."

Pros: Great Aroma, Unique Flavor Profile
"I tried this tea at a high-end hotel and fell in love. We had company and they tried it and liked is so much that I send it every year as a gift, and they are thrilled. If you like green tea and a hint of tropical flavors, then this is the tea for you! It also makes really nice iced tea."
