Orange Dulce - 100 pouches foil wrap
Orange Dulce flavored black tea is a luscious, rich brew teeming with notes of bergamot, orange, vanilla and jasmine blossoms. Made with Ceylon and China black teas, Orange Dulce brews up a fragrant and full bodied dark tea. Reminiscent of an aged Port, the flavor is sure to please.

"My brother and I were in the midst of a three week 11,000 mile motorcycle ride around the country, including a bit of Canada. We stayed at a 4-star hotel in Quebec City that had a 4-star restaurant attached. Being bone-tired from averaging about 500 miles a day riding, we decided to go for it, their special seven course meal that included four different wines to complement the various courses. But the real treat came at the very end. Neither my brother nor I are coffee drinkers, but we do enjoy a good cup of tea and that turned out to be your Orange Dulce. They had other choices, but we decided to try that one and we both have been ordering your tea online ever since!"

"The quality of this tea is fairly high and it has a decent aroma, however, the orange peels in this tea give it a bitterness that doesn't agree with my taste buds. The name suggests a creamy blend. Perhaps it would be better served with cream but alone the tea is a little too harsh."

I first tried it at at an expensive restarurant in Salt Lake City and kept the tag to track down when I got back to LA, and lo and behold the company is right here in CA. "Orange Dulce tea has a wonderful fragrance. I look forward to opening the tea bag and getting that burst of citrus-floral-vanilla aroma. The tea itself is mild; I tend to brew it longer than the recommended time, but that's personal preferance. I love that the tea bags are biodegradable but have gotten in the habit of pulling at it for loose strings before brewing as strings sometimes come off the tea bags while brewing."
