Customer Reviews for Brazilian Fruit

Brazilian Fruit

Black tea blended with Brazilian fruit, our Brazilian Fruit black tea is reminiscent of a fine dessert liqueur that intoxicates with its smooth and delicate flavor profile. Scented with chunks of passion fruit from Brazil, and a base of Chinese black tea this blend is slightly sweet and can be enjoyed throughout the day. Loose tea in 4 oz. bag

first but not last!!

Date:March 22, 2012
Pros: Great Aroma, Smooth Body, High Quality
"This is my first purchase from mighty leaf tea, and will definitely not be my last. I am someone who likes my tea sweet, and add brown sugar to every tea I drink. So far in my.quest for the best cup of tea this is the first ever tea I have come across that I can drink with out anything added to it. This tea is a must for anyone who likes passion fruit! The only complaint I have is that it wasn't as strong as I would have liked, but as ive only had the one cup so far I am sure that can be easily resolved w a longer brewing time or more tea leaves."

"The fruit flavors in this tea are muted and don't seem to come through. The flavor has hints of honey as well. Not my favorite."

GREAT TEA!

Date:July 14, 2010
Pros: Smooth Body, High Quality, Unique Flavor Profile
"I had this tea at a high-end restaurant and enjoyed it so much I asked where to buy it and ordered some for myself to brew at home. This is by far my favorite tea as it is lightly fruitful but in a very mild and refreshing way. It is the flavor that is so delightful you can drink it all day!"

"I usually buy California Fields, but wanted to try something different. Customer service told me I couldn't have the brazilian fruit order sent at the same time as my regular order of California Fields, so I paid the extra shipping. I am drinking the braziian fruit ,as we speak, but I prefer to drink your other fabulous teas."

"My wife uses Brazilian Fruit tea as her morning tea. I use it as my afternoon tea, and for iced tea. Best iced tea there is. It's refreshing, and still has a bit of a zing to it to pick you up."

Wonderful Way to Start the Day

Date:July 12, 2008
Pros: High Quality, Smooth Body, Unique Flavor Profile
"When I first received my package of Brazilian Fruit tea, I went right ahead and made myself a cup. I knew that I didn't have to wait for the water to cool from the boiling point like you have to with green or white teas. I used the little plastic scoop that comes in the package and filled it up like I'd been doing with White Orchard and Green Tea Tropical blends. The taste was quite strong, smoky and not very pleasant. I was very disappointed and put it away for a few days.
For some reason, the next time I decided to give it another try, I thought to look on the back of the package and read what was written about black teas. To my surprise, black teas only needed a slightly rounded teaspoon (the amount is marked off inside the scoop). I tried this much smaller quantity and low and behold, the tea was delicious. Flavorful, a little sweet and fruity and strong without being overpowering. To my taste buds, just the right flavor for a wake me up cup of tea in the morning.
Don't do what I did. Read the labels! How nice to find that this package of tea will last longer than the green and white teas I have purchased and love.
My only suggestion is that I would like even more of the fruity flavor than it has.

too bitter

Date:June 17, 2008
Pros: Great Aroma
Cons: Bitter
"This tea has the potencial to be great. Unfortunately, the flavors that I have experimented with are too bitter and too strong. I would play around with the steeping time to find just the right flavor. I still haven't found that exact flavor that I would like from this tea."
