Organic White Peony
Organic White Peony white tea , also known as Bai Mu Dan, is an elegant White Tea and Zhenghe varietal of the highest quality. Produced in China's Fujian province during early spring, by carefully selecting only the finest tender buds and top two leaves of the white tea plant. This results in a unique nutty or bamboo fragrance and a sweet, savory taste.

"This is my favorite tea. Rich in antioxidants. Full of flavor. A beautiful,sweet,soft floral. I love to have a cup at night after a hard day, or during a busy afternoon. It relaxes, and calms me."

Cons: lacks complexity and overtones
"It is hard to find any really high quality white tea in the United States. The best I have had is from a tea company based in China, which has offices and stores in New York and San Francisco. Their "special grade" white tea is my flagship, everyday morning drink.
I wanted to find a second option, and so I tried this White Peony. It was inferior to what I am used to. It has a more one dimensional taste, and there are far fewer whole leafs. There are more partial/broken leaves.
My wife often comes in and "samples" my morning tea (she just wants a sip, and won't make her own). I handed her the cup that morning and she immediately detected it was a different white tea and said she didn't like it."

"Although I love full bodied green teas, I was reading about the added benefits of white tea. This tea is delicate and very enjoyable. A very nice end to my evenings, and it is low in caffeine so it doesn't keep me up at night."
