An oolong tea from China's Guandong province, Phoenix Bird Select oolong tea is made from ancient trees in the Phoenix Mountains that infuse their magic into a mellow, yet complex oolong tea. Uplifting with its fruity aroma and unique woodsy, fruit flavor, Phoenix Bird Select oolong tea is a unique treat. Good for multiple infusions.

"This is one of my favorite teas to drink with something sweet and simple. It has a mild sweet aroma and an almost earthy, roasted character that pairs well with chocolates, vanillas, and mellow fruits. Yum!"

"This tea lends itself more to be used with an infuser than a tea ball, I realized as I struggled to get this rascally tea into my tea ball, but the difficulty was well worth it.
The best of both worlds of green and black tea, the higher caffeine content and bolder taste of black with the smoothness and lack of high tannin of green tea.
This tea brewed to a beautiful color, exactly as pictured. It was a sensational delight to drink hot and I think it might even hold up well to being iced, which I will try soon.
I was first allured to oolong just because I liked saying the name, now I am completely enraptured due to it's complexity and earthiness."

"I definitely agree with Uncle Mike's review! And it definitely has a unique woodsy flavor, according to the description. Ancient trees? What could be better.
For this tea, I like to wait for the water to boil and then wait another 45 seconds before steeping it for 3 minutes. With just about a teaspoon of honey, it's perfect to me. :)"
