"I've been addicted to the Orchid Oolong since the first time I experienced Mighty Leaf teas at Lake Austin Spa Resort over a year ago. I wanted to expand my taste to include other teas (I wasn't really a hot tea advocate prior to my trip) and decided to stick with the oolong. Bleu Peacock will definitely be added to my list of favorites! My body feels invigorated after drinking it and has definitely replaced coffee in my life!"

"It took me several tries to make the perfect cup of this tea, but when I did, it was well worth the struggle.My first few cups were not so great though and I had to experiment with my technique. My first mistake when I received this tea was not shaking the package; for some reason all of the flowers had fallen to the bottom of my bag and it was difficult to get a grasp on the real taste of the tea. Second, I find that this tea needs to be brewed off the boil for exactly 3 minutes. The bitterness seems to increase greatly after that, making the tea overpowering with a bad aftertaste rather than subtle and sweet. I'm also probably a supertaster, so some people may not encounter this problem. I also add a touch of honey to my cup and I find that the second brew of the tea is even better than the first.
I'm glad I stuck with this tea though- it's delicious with just the right amount of caramel and floral finish. I prefer the Orchid Oolong (it's my every day tea), but this is perfect as a treat after a long day."

"This is a wonderfully mellow tea. It brews to a light amber, not a dark tea at all and doesn't suffer if the leaves are left too long in the pot. What is left too long in the pot still makes a very nice iced tea."
