Wonderful!!!!!!!

Date:June 27, 2011
Pros: Great Aroma, High Quality, Whole Leaf Tea, Unique Flavor Profile, Invigorating, balanced, Earthy, Floral, cooling
"This is simply exquisite! It is refreshing, invigorating, calming, and well balanced. The mint, verbena and the Chrysanthemum blend so well together and form this earthy, floral, and cooling sensation in the mouth. I have simply fallen in love with this blend. The aroma is fantastic as well. This and calming moon are my favorite herbal teas from Mighty Leaf.
Very well done on this unique blend of high quality whole leaf ingredients."

Wonderful!

Date:September 19, 2011
Pros: Great Aroma, High Quality, Whole Leaf Tea, Unique Flavor Profile, fresh tasting
"First, I know this isn't very important, but I just have to say how BEAUTIFUL this tea is. I made it in my french press and it was so pretty, the full flowers floating among the whole leaves, and the wonderful light color as it brewed, that I hated to press it! I thought "If this is good, I'll have to get more to serve when we have guests, just for it's looks."
It also smells wonderful in the bag, and in the cup while drinking.
Happily, it also tastes great! Very flavorful but not overpowering. I love mint in my tea but I find a straight peppermint too overpowering. This is a wonderful balance of mint and other flavors. A hint of citrus but not too fruity or sweet - just very fresh and natural tasting. I've had this with crusty buttered toast for a simple breakfast and really loved it that way. It is wonderful to drink any time of day.
I will be buying more of this tea.
The only thing to be aware of is that this is a little bulky. I have made this in my french press, 3 cups at a time. Works wonderfully. It might be hard to make just a cup. You would have to break up the leaves to fit them into a tea ball, and that might get a little messy. On the other hand, with the large pieces maybe you could just float them in your cup and easily strain them out some other way.
I don't give it five leaves only because it does have that "herbal tea" twiggy/grassy quality. Don't get me wrong - many other herbal teas have that quality and they taste stale or the twiggy/grassy qualities are very present or overpowering. Here, it tastes natural and fresh, and not at all overpowering. And the other flavors are much more present. The tea is wonderful. But, that underlying taste - whatever it is - keeps me from saying it's perfect.
I've had a hard time leaving coffee and black tea behind (due to doctor's advice) and am so happy to find a caffeine free tea that I can enjoy."

A delightful purchase!

Date:December 22, 2010
Pros: Great Aroma, Smooth Body, Whole Leaf Tea, Unique Flavor Profile
"After reading the other reviews I wasn't sure what to expect, especially after reading such things as "buttery" to describe a tea, which to me personally sounded a bit off. However, I think I understand the concept now... It has a very soothing, rich flavor, that is at the same time not overwhelming at all. If it's too weak, simply add more leaves to the serving.
The citrus is unnoticable and mostly a background taste. Think peppermint without its usual overpowering aspects, and perhaps a light sweetness in the mix somewhere. The smell is wonderful. I can't think of much else to describe this unique blend.
It is great with tea cookies, after a meal, first thing in the morning, or to calm you down before bed. I can't think of a single reason why someone shouldn't at least try this product."

A pleasant tea

Date:August 16, 2010
Pros: Great Aroma, Unique Flavor Profile
"I was surprised that I liked this tea because I usually like my teas (even my decafs) a little stronger. However, the aroma and the taste of this tea made it a great after dinner / before bedtime tea. It's soothing, relaxing and has a unique, pleasing taste."

Wonderful!

Date:August 1, 2010
Pros: Great Aroma, Smooth Body
"This is one of my favorite teas. I like to drink it hot in the evenings after a large meal since it helps with digestion but also has a soothing/calming affect. After I make my evening cup I always brew a second cup and let it brew a long time so it is nice and strong to make iced tea out of in the morning. Also I don't like to add sweetener to my teas, so I like that this tea is not bitter but has a nice smooth flavor. I highly recommend this tea to anybody looking for an alternative to plain peppermint or chamomile herbal tea."

"Disappointed with this blend. I like verbena and I like Chrysanthemum but somehow this blend didn't taste right Maybe it was the mint in the mix."

Delicious Healing Tea

Date:February 5, 2010
Pros: Great Aroma, Whole Leaf Tea, flowery, great price
Cons: Weak
"Hearing of natural mint's soothing effects on upset stomachs and sore throats, I scooped up this tea to test out this claim. Surely enough, an hour or so after drinking this tea my stomach ache (or sore throat) is usually soothed and calmed. This particular blend, though, is a bit on the weak side. So, if you prefer a stronger taste to your tea you may need to seep it for 6-7 minutes instead of the recommended 4-5. Probably wouldn't hold up through multiple infusions. Not a good candidate for icing."

Beautiful Flavor, Subtly Buttery

Date:January 5, 2010
Pros: Great Aroma, High Quality, Smooth Body, Unique Flavor Profile, Whole Leaf Tea
"I was introduced to this tea at a holiday cupcake tea at the Ritz Carlton. I am not a hot beverage drinker by nature so I am always skeptical whether I will enjoy them. I was blown away by the subtle mix of soft minty flavor, buttery texture and subtle herbal undertones. It was the perfect beverage to pair with a plate of super rich and flavor profile demanding cupcakes! I'm a believer in the powers of a hot beverage because of this tea! Please put in a pouch Mighty Leaf!"
