"I steep this for only a few minutes since I prefer lighter, more delicate teas. It does get bitter if you forget that it's there and steep too long. However, an overall great flavor and very sweetly perfumed."

"Some oolongs taste green; some taste like a pina colada; some taste like a black tea that lost its brisk; and some oolongs taste like they should: a masterful and seamless placement between the green and the black. Okayti oolong tastes like it should! It has enough pizazz to drink first thing in the morning; but is pleasant enough to drink all day. You can easily steep this tea three times without it losing any character."

Cons: a new "gotta have"
"Even though I have enjoyed drinking tea all of my life and have been partial to Darjeeling, this particular variety has widened my taste experience. I was surprised at the strong, however not overly strong, floral notes that I inhaled just on the first sip which served as an intriguing prelude to Darjeeling's usual enjoyable elements. Normally chamomile or flower-based teas invite me not to drink but to bathe in a hot tub. Autumn Flush Oolong initiated me into appreciating a different taste.
I enjoyed the flavor either straight or with milk."
