I buy several of the refill bags for my Organic Black Tea Tin. My only disappointment this past time was there was no option for free shipping. I used to buy several bags to meet the free shipping threshold. I bought several bags again this time so that I have it on hand."

"I bought this tea to blend with my herbal iced teas to give them some "body". Worked like a charm and I'm enjoying a summer variety of rich, flavorful teas. The problem/annoyance I've experienced is that some of the tea bags have not sealed properly and I've had a lot of loose tea in my tin (and water). I've had to collect the dry loose tea to use in a tea ball or strain the tea. Otherwise a good product."

"This is one of the most refreshing teas I have ever tasted. It has its own character with lovely sweet notes that are almost always missing in a grocery-store brand product. I find only "pros" and absolutely no "cons" to this beautiful tea. Definitely recommend to those looking for a pure tea that's just as good 'hot' as it is 'cold'."

"This was our first order and I will deffently will order more. I love the flavor of the tea and the ability to reuse a tea bag several times, I've had 3 to 5 uses before the flavor changes.
Everyone needs to give their favorite tea a try, once you do, you will never buy anything else.
On the ice tea, instead of one gallon, we are able to get two gallons of tea out of one pouch. We tasted the tea with one gallon, and it was way to strong for our taste, so we were able to get two gallons out of it."

"I keep a pitcher of this tea in the refrigerator at all times -- a crisp clean taste that goes with any food. I love having an organic option. I do find I have to steep the tea longer than the time indicated on the packaging. A tip if you have limited fridge space -- instead of brewing a gallon using the directions provided, I brew a half gallon at double strength by leaving the tea bag in longer; then I dilute the resulting tea by half when I pour a glass. (Leaving it in too long makes it a little bitter, so I'm still experimenting to get the right balance.)"
