Perfect flavor - so yummy
Date: January 2, 2010
Pros: Great Aroma, High Quality, Smooth Body, Unique Flavor Profile, Whole Leaf Tea
"I tried this tea on a whim looking for something different. It immediately became our household favorite. The coconut flavor doesn't overpower, but is so perfect with the spicy ginger and cinnamon and sweet rooibos. I am going to put this one on auto order as my husband and I have been through nearly four ounces in a couple weeks."

Wonderfully Rich and Relaxing
Date: February 5, 2009
Pros: Great Aroma
"As a long-time coffee drinker, I've had to cut back on caffiene due to high blood pressure. DeCaf coffe just doesn't taste right, so switching to tea has been an ongoing process. I've tried a number of teas from different companies, and I've found that most of the ones I've enjoyed the most are made by Mighty Leaf.
Of those, I've crowned the Coco Chai as my favorite...rich, spicy and with a great aroma nearly as relaxing as the tea itself!"

Exciting and Tasty
Date: January 12, 2009
Pros: Great Aroma, High Quality, Unique Flavor Profile, beautiful to observe brewing
Cons: Prefer Tea Pouches
"This loose tea has a wonderful flavor and aroma. I made my first large glass over the weekend when I wanted something sweet for dessert but did not want to splurge the calories.
The look of the ingredients is truly mesmerizing. I watched the leaves and peppercorns in the hot water and enjoyed thoroughly the aroma. The flavor is rich, full, and multi-layered. It satisfied the desire for sweets and felt like a real treat.
I would recommend to anyone and everyone who enjoys the "red" teas or is looking for adventure well beyond that bag of Liptons.
Would also like in pouches but only so I can take it with me to work."

Very flavorful and healthy
Date: August 23, 2010
Pros: Great Aroma, Smooth Body, High Quality, Whole Leaf Tea
"I love chai, which is traditionally made with black tea, spices and milk. I tried this version, which uses rooibos red tea in place of black tea, with milk and I was surprised how well it came out. Even with the milk,I could still taste all the flavors in this tea. The chai was quite delicious and with the added benefit of no caffeine!"

Pros: Great Aroma, Whole Leaf Tea
Cons: Bitter, peppercorns hard on the stomach
"This tea has an absolutely heavenly aroma. However, the taste is a bit bitter and it seems to upset my stomach. I have started picking out the red peppercorns and it seems easier on the stomach that way. I just love both chai and rooibos so I was expecting something better."

Delicious!!!
Date: May 25, 2010
Pros: Great Aroma, High Quality, Smooth Body, Unique Flavor Profile, Whole Leaf Tea
"They certainly captured a wonderful flavor! I finally found a Chai tea that is smooth enough not to have to add milk/cream, so for those who don't do dairy -- try this one! And for those who do, I'm sure you won't be disappointed."

Too strong of a flavor profile
Date: April 9, 2010
Pros: Great Aroma, Whole Leaf Tea
Cons: Prefer Tea Pouches, peppery
"This tea has TOO STRONG of a coconut flavor and it is so sweet that it is almost sickening. I have tried nearly all of the mighty leaf teas and this one is at the bottom of my list. I love coconut and i love chai but somehow the combination of this one is just a litle too much. If you like strong smells, strong tastes, and have a sweet tooth, this may be a better fit for you."

Unique and Exotic
Date: April 7, 2010
Pros: Great Aroma, Unique Flavor Profile
"I love chai, rooibos, and coconut, so I was really excited to try this tea. The flavor is well balanced, but leans more towards the spicy peppercorn than the sweet coconut immediately after the brewing. As it cools, the coconut notes become more pronounced, providing a counterpoint to the spice. I added a small amount of half-and-half and some honey, which made it a great after dinner / dessert tea, but will continue to experiment with brewing techniques to see if I can get the coconut flavor to come through more strongly. Maybe brewing in steamed milk or a mixture of water and coconut milk. Also excited to try brewing it iced - like a Thai iced tea."

found the perfect tea
Date: February 6, 2010
Pros: Great Aroma, High Quality, Smooth Body, Unique Flavor Profile, Whole Leaf Tea, love the color
"Wow, if I could only have one tea, this would be the one I choose. The combination of spices is just right and the rooibus makes the tea a lovely gold-red color. As an added bonus, no caffeine! Perfect with a spoonful of honey and a drizzle of half-and-half."

"A fragrant aroma of coconut, tingle of spices and a warm glow on the back of the throat from the peppercorns--this is a tea that I enjoy all times of the day. Add milk and sugar and 'who needs dessert?' This is definitely in my all-time top three teas."
