"This tea is really great. Everytime after taking the very first sip, it makes me energetic.
Aroma is mainly based on lemongrass and giving freshness and ginger doesn't appeal much.
The most advantage of ginger twist is actually ginseng. :-D It brings warm & healthy breeze to brain and body!

"This is my wife's and my favorite decaffeinated tea we will consume 4-5 cups of tea in the late afternoon or evening. The recommended time for brewing is very good. This is one though if you go over the time it does not turn bitter. It is still very nice."

Great tea, but the pouches have a flaw

"I have no complaints about the tea itself - it's awesome just as all Mighty leaf teas and, by no means, uncomparable. Ginger Twist is by far our favorite, too.
However, the pouches have a big flaw - when you put them in a cup and pour tea, the water leaks down the pouch string and paper label and sometimes there's a whole puddle of water that leaked after 5 minutes of tea brewing! We first thought something was wrong with our mugs but it's the pouch! I hope Mighty leaf thinks of some better design for their pouches to prevent this from happening. Otherwise each time it's a little disappointment - you have to clean the table from water and less enjoyment from the tea!"

"I've never really been one for herbal teas, but with flavors like this, Mighty Leaf is converting me. I want to drink tea ALL THE TIME, but I can't really have caffeine after lunchtime... so I'm exploring these amazing caffeine-free ones. I've had ginger teas before, but I haven't like them... sad, because I love ginger. This tea, however, is awesome. Perhaps because it's not really a ginger tea... it's a fruity, minty tea just with a splash of ginger that you can't really taste (unless you pay really close attention). No matter what it is, it's WONDERFUL."

"I received this in the herbal variety pack in the tea bags. I would not have ordered it on it's own because many other ginger teas I have tried (from other brands) are too spicy or seem unnaturally flavored. I also don't tend to enjoy tea that is too 'fruity' and this has a lot of fruit on the ingredient list. I was pleasantly surprised that I really enjoy this tea!
This is a very mild tea with nicely balanced flavors. It tastes fresh and natural/real. I brew the tea for a full five minutes but be aware it is somewhat 'weak' However, it is still quite flavorful. It is just not spicy or zingy like some may be expecting. I like to drink this straight - I can't imagine it holding up to milk or sugar and it really doesn't need anything else. I will be purchasing a package just of this to keep in my office for an easy, refreshing afternoon drink on its own.
It has a licorice flavor that is unusual but goes well with the rest of the ingredients. The licorice/anise flavor lingers afterwards - I think this is what some reviewers are referring to as an 'aftertaste' that they don't enjoy. I am enjoying it myself, although I do not enjoy the licorice in some of the other blends. Again, here it goes very well. I would not change anything about the mix of this tea. Thank you for offering a ginger tea that is mild and flavorful without being spicy or overpowering!"
