Had this mug for about 3 months & ithe stainless separated. Handwashed & took very good care of it & it just popped one day. I really loved this mug, but I won't pay $17 for another :(

However, mug is not double walled so tea stays hot for length of time then cools quickly allowing only a short period of "drinking" temp ... nice to have the tea bag removed from the steeping, but again, by hanging on the side of the mug stil notice a slight concern with messy tea stains ... last, but certainly not least, not a good travel item since the lid does not seal over the drinking opening, the design even makes it difficult to drink from sometimes when the tea bag inside shifts ... a handle would just be a bonus"

"I absolutely LOVE this mug. It keeps the tea REAL hot for quiet awhile. I have poured it into a cup before I drink it because the first time I tried to drink out of the mug I could not tell that it was as hot as it was and almost burned my lip and tongue. I like how the tea bag or tea ball can hang from the top of the mug and you can squeeze the tea bag out to get more flavor out of it. A great product and design. I would definitely recommend it to others."
