"would like to start this off to say i am reviewing this having only used it a few times.... i got an email saying i should review it so im doing it now so i dont forget... that being said i cannot comment on the longevity of the product and some opinions may or may not change over time
first ill start with the infuser. which is (imo) very nice... its all metal with a very very fine mesh on the sides/bottom.. it has a handle that folds down to the side.. and locks into the thermos pretty well.. cant see how they could have made it better
the lid is imo not as nice... it is pretty well designed has a push button open for the middle and a side ring for closing ... comes apart for cleaning...has a secondary lid with a steel cap. seems very nice, until you note its PLASTIC (sadface) will come back to this later
the actual thermos is nice, all brushed steel... not much to say about it as there's only so many ways to make a vacuum sealed steel cup. the true test will be if it lasts... the downside of this(not really a downside just something to note) it does not hold as much as you might(and i did) expect .. it holds considerably less than a big mug i have... holds about 1 good sized cup
the only issue i have with this thermos is that it adds a weird taste to the tea....i believe it is the plastic lid ... im not sure if it will go away with time.
as a side note.. since this thermos keeps the tea so hot... when you go to drink out of the lid...you may burn yourself.. as you cant tell how hot it is before you tilt the thermos till a 90 degree angle
overall a nice thermos but im not sure it should be used with tea... i feel it would be better if they just included a slip on cup on the bottom/lid of the thermos ... and made the cap/lid steel"

"I like the size especially. The Stainless is a plus, keeps it hot for a nice long time. The loose tea part, I use with a tea bag sometimes so my tea isn't too strong which works good, I've also used it with the loose tea, works good. also seals nicely. Definately a good purchase"

"This travel mug really does keep beverages hot. On my test day, I still had hot (hot!) tea after the JoMo sat undisturbed on my desk for 7 hours. I love the tea infusing basket that allows me to remove it, put the lids on and go."

"Okay so I love the mug! I take it everywhere with me. I like that I can put the mug full of hot tea in my lunch bag, pull it out at work and find that it hasn't spilled anywhere. Even if I put it in the cup holder in my car I have no fear of the tea jostling out of my mug while driving.
If you want to enjoy your tea for a while like I do, this is the mug for you. I have been using this mug for a couple of months and wouldn't trade it for anything else. The tea stays hot for hours and I really do mean hours. I love that I can close the opening if I have to run to a meeting and come back an hour later and the tea is still hot."

"This travel mug has been so wonderful and by far the best I've ever owned! I put my favorite tea in around 7 in the morning and I poured it out around 3:00 pm thinking it would be cold, but it was still warm! "more than just a mug, it's a thermos too. i love the pop up center (beneath th cover). just press down on the center, it pops up, and sip away! love the screw on cover which also seals it. both prevent any drips or leaks. love the metal mesh filter. easily removable.
i've had dozens of travel mugs. this combo thermos/mug is tops!"

"This mug does all it says it will. It REALLY keeps tea hot and fresh for 8 hours. The snap in basket allows you to either put the leaves in it and take the basket out later or, which I prefer, put the tea leaves at the bottom of the mug and snap the basket on top. I received this as a gift, loved it, then lost it. I was thrilled when I found it on Mighty Leaf's website."

Cons: cannot keep loose leaves in the mug.
"Good mug, keeps things very hot for a long time. Has not leaked once. I got this mug because I was hoping to be able to keep the loose leaves IN the mug while I drank from it. Unfortunately, you still have to remove the basket with the leaves in it, unless you are feeling particularly herbivorous..."

"Me and my mug are inseparable. It does not leak, it holds a perfect amount of tea ( or coffee) it stays hot for HOURS. It fits in all cup holders. It is easy to clean. Works on loose leaf teas.
I recently forgot it somewhere and began to panic. Drove the hour to go pick it up from where I left it...it is that amazing.

Pros: stays hot for over 6 hours
"This cup works well, the loose leaf tea stays in the cup and it stays hot for a long time. I put some hot water in and it was still hot enough to burn my tongue 6 hours later.
The lid can be taken apart for cleaning, this did take 2 tries to get back together easily. Now I have it down."
