The mug is functional but has one slight design flaw. The mug is a little top heavy with a narrow base which gives it the tendency to tip over and spill the contents. Otherwise, it is very sleek looking and keeps the contents hot. The lid idea is great for someone on the go.."

"The tea in this set is awesome. Green Tea Tropical is a lovely flavor, especially for a green tea (which I have a hard time loving)....no bitterness at all.
The mug is a great concept but I have one issue with it. The bottom of the mug does not sit perfectly flat and that makes it easier to tip over. The mug is also very narrow and does not hold a large amount of tea. The concept is great....the lid stores the bag (which is why I purchased this) and I love that as tea is hard to travel with if you are in a hurry. I love that it is aluminum and will not break. I wish it was bigger, with a flatter bottom and larger capacity. Not sorry I bought it, and it does fine in some car cup holders but I'd like to see these improvements."
