Ti Kuan Yin - 4 oz
Ti Kuan Yin oolong tea from China is named after the Chinese Goddess of Mercy (the "Iron Goddess"). This meditative, deep rich chinese oolong tea fills your palate with a delicate fruit flavor and a heady, floral aroma. Legendary for its dark leaves, Ti Kuan Yin oolong tea is smooth and subtle. A complex flavor will develop over multiple infusions.
• 4 oz. loose tea in bag
• 1 rounded tbsp. per 12 oz. cup
• Makes 25-30 cups

"Brewed by itself, this tea is a little weak for me (except as an evening tea). However, I add a few leaves (3 to 5) to Organic Breakfast and get an delightful morning tea - a good wake-up tea with a touch of sweetness."
